1) General Information
Users of Petalzo: Match 3 Games can permanently delete their account and all associated game data at any time.
2) Deleting Your Account In-App (Recommended)
Open the Petalzo app
Go to the Settings menu
Open the Account section
Tap the Delete account button
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog
3) Requesting Account Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can send a request to the email address below:

Simply state the email address of the Google account you signed in with. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
4) Deleted Data
The following data is permanently deleted after the account deletion process:
Your Firebase Authentication account (user ID, email address, display name)
Your level progress and stars
Your coins, boosters and badges
Purchased content and subscription benefits linked to your account
Your game data backed up to Google Cloud Firestore
Local app data stored on your device
Account preferences and settings (language, sound, accessibility settings, etc.)
5) Retained Data
No personal data linked to your account is retained after the account deletion process. Anonymous gameplay statistics, analytics and crash data that are not matched to your identity may be retained by the respective Google services (Firebase) under their own retention policies. Anonymised transaction records that must be kept due to legal obligations (for example, purchase records for tax purposes) are processed by the Google Play Store and cannot be accessed by the developer.
6) Purchases
Deleting your account does not refund your in-app purchases; purchased coin packs, the Super Pack and subscription benefits are deleted together with the account. To cancel your Petalzo Plus subscription, you can do so from your Google Play Store account settings.
7) Important
Account deletion cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa, aşağıdaki e-posta adresine talep gönderebilirsiniz:

E-postanızda giriş yaptığınız Google hesabınızın e-posta adresini belirtmeniz yeterlidir. Talepler 7 iş günü içinde işleme alınır.
4) Silinen Veriler
Hesap silme işlemi sonrasında aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:
Firebase Authentication hesabınız (kullanıcı kimliği, e-posta adresi, görünen ad)
Seviye ilerlemeniz ve yıldızlarınız
Altınlarınız, güçlendiricileriniz ve rozetleriniz
Hesabınıza bağlı satın alınan içerikler ve abonelik ayrıcalıkları
Google Cloud Firestore üzerinde yedeklenen oyun verileriniz
Cihazınızda saklanan yerel uygulama verileri
Hesap tercihleri ve ayarlar (dil, ses, erişilebilirlik ayarları vb.)
5) Saklanan Veriler
Hesap silme işleminden sonra hesabınıza bağlı hiçbir kişisel veri saklanmaz. Kimliğinizle eşleştirilmeyen anonim oyun istatistikleri, analiz ve çökme verileri ilgili Google hizmetleri (Firebase) tarafından kendi saklama politikaları kapsamında tutulabilir. Yasal yükümlülükler gereği tutulması gereken anonimleştirilmiş işlem kayıtları (örneğin vergi amaçlı satın alma kayıtları) Google Play Store tarafından işlenir ve geliştirici tarafından erişilemez.
6) Satın Alımlar
Hesap silme işlemi uygulama içi satın alımlarınızı geri ödemez; satın alınan altın paketleri, Süper Paket ve abonelik ayrıcalıkları hesapla birlikte silinir. Petalzo Plus aboneliğinizi iptal etmek için Google Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan işlem yapabilirsiniz.
7) Önemli
Hesap silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Silinen verileriniz kurtarılamaz.
